2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

We accept three payment methods: M-Pesa, cash on delivery, and payment at our Kirinyaga Road shop when you collect your order (Pay on Pickup). We do not accept card payments or bank transfers. After you place an order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you provide and our team contacts you by phone to confirm the order and arrange delivery or pickup. Cash on delivery orders are paid when the order is delivered, and pickup orders are paid at collection.

5. Returns & Warranty

Where a warranty is listed on a product page, it applies to that product. Defective items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or repair, or a full refund if neither is possible. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Far East Auto Spares shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
